Hawanatu is seven years old and lives with her parents in a single bedroom apartment with no running water or electricity in Sierra Leone. Hawanatu’s father is a laborer and her mother is a petty trader that sells slippers. Their monthly income of $40 is not enough to cover many basic needs.
Hawanatu attends the Kabbia Primary school. She very much likes mathematics and aspires to be a medical doctor when she grows up.
Hawanatu expresses her sincere gratitude for your gift of two uniforms and a pair of shoes and is excited to have proper attire for school. Thank you so much Kerry for your generous donation that helps keep Hawanatu in school and with a brighter outlook for her future!
