Eight year-old Fatmata attends second grade at the United Mission Council primary school in Sierra Leone. She wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
Her father is an auto mechanic and the main provider of the home with a monthly income of $60. This is not enough to cover the basic family needs. Fatmata’s mother is a housewife.
Fatmata has three sisters and two brothers. All of them live in a single bedroom apartment with no running water and no electricity.
She extends her thanks for your donation the provided her with a pair of uniforms, a pair of shoes, and a pair of socks. “This is a miracle,” she said. Thank you!
