Supporting Fatmata’s Future with a Mosquito Net!

FATMATA
Dear Jarod,

Fatmata lives with her father, mother, and two sisters in a two bedroom, zinc house in the Wellington community, in Sierra Leone. Her house has no running water and no electricity.

Her father is a guard and the main provider of the home with a monthly income of $100. However, this is not enough to cover the basic family needs. Her mother is housewife and does not have enough capital to start a business.

Fatmata is often seen wearing old clothes and walking around barefoot. At times, she is not allowed into school because she was unable pay her school fees on time.

Fatmata likes to read and play balance ball. In school, her favorite subjects are mathematics and social studies. When she grows up, Fatmata wants to become a teacher!

Thank you, Grace, for your generous donation! The mosquito net will protect Fatmata from malaria!
