Isrealla Continues to Sing Healthily with Mosquito Net!

ISREALLA
Dear Andrea,

Isrealla, her brother, father, and mother live in a single bedroom and a parlor in a mud house with no running water, and poor toilet facilities. Her father is a mason and the main provider of the home with a monthly income of $80 —  not enough to cover the basic family needs. Isrealla’s father also supports five of his extended relatives who are too old or too sick to find a job. This is the reason for the financial difficulty this family is undergoing. Her mother is a teacher in one of the vocational institutes in the community with a supplemental monthly income of $60. While her parents are busy, Isrealla keeps busy with dancing and singing.

Andrea, your donation keeps Isrealla safe from mosquitoes while she sleeps. By keeping malaria away, Isrealla can stay healthy and continue to sing and dance freely! Thank you so much!

Whole Family Can Sleep Easy!

Kadiatu and Family
Dear David,

This family lives in a corrugated zinc home  with no running water or electricity.  Kadiatu, the mother, has two children of her own and also helps take care of two additional children from her extended family.  Her husband has abandoned the family and does not support the family’s needs.  They live in a small, rented two bed room and parlor apartment.  They struggle to make ends meet on Kadiatu’s income from selling fish at the local market.  Her income of around $80 monthly is barely enough to make ends meet.

David, your donation has made Kadiatu and her family so happy! Malaria is spread by mosquitoes, and these mosquito nets ensure they are safe from illness as they rest. Thank you so much!

Much-Needed Insect Protection for Five Siblings!

Nyalay Family
Dear Lee,

The Nyalay family benefited from the insecticide treated bed nets you donated! They live in a concrete house with no running water, no electricity and a poor toilet facility.

The husband works as a guard and is the main provider of the house with a monthly income of $130. This is not enough to cover the family needs. The Nyalay family also provides shelter to four extended relatives. All of them live in a two bedroom home and a parlor which they rent.

This family eats just one meal a day, and often the children are driven from school because of late school fees. Your support of nets for the Nyalay family will help give them a better life. Thanks Lee!
