Albert is in the second grade at the I-Tech International School in Sierra Leone. He is seven years old and lives with his mom, who sells rice. Albert’s mom makes a low $30 per month, which is not enough to support her family. Albert has two siblings and his father does not have a job. They do not have running water or electricity in their single bedroom apartment.
Because of their poor economic standing, Albert and his family need additional help to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Door of Hope provides nutritional help for children in need like Albert. Because food is an expensive commodity, Albert’s family cannot provide daily balanced meals.
Thanks to your donations, Francoise, Hemant, Lam, and Ojus, Door of Hope provided Albert with a year supply of vitamin supplements. Albert can live a happy childhood without worries of malnutrition. Thank you, again, for helping Albert have a healthy childhood.
