Better Health and a Smile For Mbalu

Thank you, Erik and Michael, for supporting Mbalu! Mbalu is six years old and she is in second grade at the United Mission Community Primary School. She lives in Wellington, a community in Freetown, Sierra Leone, with her parents and five sisters. They reside in a two bedroom apartment with no running water.
