Hope for Mariama – Door of Hope

Dear Amit, Microsoft, Ehtasham, and Rajesh,

Mariama lives with her aunt and her aunt’s family in a three bedroom apartment with no running water and electricity in the Wellington community.

Mariama’s aunt Martha sells medicinal drugs with a monthly income of $50 and her uncle is a driver with a monthly income of $70; together this is still not enough to cover the basic needs of their home.

Mariama did not have the opportunity to go to school so she embraced the option to be self reliant by learning tailoring. Mariama thanks you for your donation of the tailoring kit because this skill and opportunity will help change her life.
