Marian dreams of becoming a seamstress!

MARIAM BANGURA
Dear Nigar,

Marian is ten years old and she lives with her parents, three sisters, three brothers, and two cousins in Sierra Leone. Their two-bedroom apartment has no running water or electricity. Marina’s parents are farmers, and their monthly income of $70 is not nearly enough to cover many of the basic needs to this large family.

Marian attends the New Hope International primary school and she is in class four. She enjoys Creative Practical Art and dreams of becoming a seamstress when she grows up.

Marian knows how devastating contacting malaria can be, and she and her family express their deepest gratitude for your generous donation of a treated mosquito bed net. Your kindness ensures a good night’s sleep for Marian and helps make her future outlook brighter! Thank you Nigar!
