gave 100 for a mosquito net |
posted August 2, 2011

Salamatu is five years old and she lives with her parents, three sisters and four brothers in Sierra Leone in a 2-bedroom apartment that has no electricity. Her father, the sole provider of the family, works as an auto mechanic and brings home $70 a month, which is not enough to cover many of this large family’s basic needs.
Salamatu knows how devastating contracting malaria can be, and she dreams of becoming a doctor when she grows up. The treated mosquito bed net that you, Bri, had generously donated ensures a good night’s sleep for Salamatu and helps make her future look brighter! Salamatu and her family express their deepest gratitude for your kindness, Bri. Thank you!
