Salamantu hopes to become a medical doctor!

Salamantu
Dear Dwayne and Terese, Carl, and Nischal,

Salamantu is fourteen years old. She attends the FAWE primary school in Sierra Leone and she is in class four. Mathematics and reading are her favorite subjects at school, and her hobby is reading.

Salamatu’s mother is a petty trader who sells fruits in the market. With a monthly income of $30, she helps take care of the home. Her father is a guard and the main provider of the home with a monthly income of $60. This is not enough to cover the basic needs of the home.

Salamatu, her parents, four sisters, four brothers and six dependent relatives live in a three bedroom apartment with no running water and no electricity.

In the future Salamatu plans on becoming a medical doctor. She is thrilled to receive computer training because the skills will help her when she does research. She will be in a proper position to serve people and her country well.

Thank you for your combined gift of a year of computer training!
