Zainab is Dressed and Ready To Go!

Dear Marla,

12-year-old Zainab enjoys mathematics and reading, and already has plans to be a medical doctor.  She lives with her parents, three sisters and two brothers in a 2-bedroom apartment with no running water or electricity. Zainab’s father is a plumber and her mother does some catering to help support the family.  However, their combined monthly income of around $70 often does not meet the needs of their large family.
