Hi Lucy, Priya, Johnnie, Kie and Josie,
Musukula, Ada, Kadiatu, Elizabeth and Lucia live in the Wellington Community of Sierra Leone.
Musukula is a mother of five children and has three grandchildren. She works as a petty trader and cares for her children and home.
Kadiatu is a mother of four children, and works as a farmer to help her family. Her husband is a driver and the main provider with a monthly income of $80, which is not enough to cover the basic needs of the home.
Ada is a mother of three children and also works as a petty trader to help her family take care of the home. Her husband is a laborer and the main provider with a monthly income of $50, which is not enough to cover the family’s basic needs.
Elizabeth is a mother of one child and works as a caterer. She lives in her
family house, but works hard to care for her child.
Lucia is a mother of two children and also works as a petty trader. She is doing her best to ensure that her kids go to school.
Thank you, Lucy, Priya, Johnnie, Kie and Josie, for your hard work and donations. The mosquito nets will help protect these neighbors from the threat of malaria!
