A Healthier Sarah

Dear Tanya and Meghan,

Sarah lives with her grandmother in single bedroom apartment with no running water and no electricity. Her father is a teacher in one of the make-shift schools in the Wellington community, a and her mother is a student at one of the vocational institutes in the area. Their combined monthly income of $50 is barely enough to cover the basic needs of the family.

Sarah would like to go to school when she reaches age five, but is not sure if her family would be able to afford to send her.
