A Christmas Gift that Brought a Smile

Cositna lives with her father, mother, and sister in a single bedroom apartment with no running water at the Upper Philip Street in the Wellington community.
Her father is a firefighter and the main provider of the home with a monthly
income of $100. Her mother is a caterer, and supplements the family income with her earnings.
