Kumba receives a mosquito net!

Kumba is happy to sleep safe from Malaria!
Hi Corban,

Kumba is ten years old and attends the Ahmadiyya Muslim primary school in the Wellington community of Sierra Leone. Thanks to your hard work and generous gift, she can now sleep soundly at night under her new malaria net.

She lives in a two bedroom house with her mom and dad, two brothers and a sister. The house has no running water or electricity. The toilet facilities are poor. Kumba and her sister sleep on a grass bed, they uses a kerosene lamp to provide light at night.

Her father is a mason and the main provider of the home, his monthly income totals $80. The money is not enough to cover the basic family needs.

Her mother is a cook; she sells meals–rice and stew–to people living in the community. Kumba likes cooking and wants to be a cook when she grows up.

Thank you Corban for providing a mosquito net for Kumba!
