Future Nurse Receives a Mosquito Net!

Evelyn holds her new net!
Hi Issac,

Evelyn was born on the 11th of March 2003. She  attends the Itech Primary school in the Wellington community and she is in class three.

Her mother is a student nurse that depends on her husband’s income to support her academic pursuit. Her father is an officer and the main provider of the home with monthly income of $100, which is not enough to cover the basic family needs.

Evelyn lives in a single bedroom apartment house with no running water and no electricity in Sierra Leone.

Evelyn wants to be a nurse when she grows up. She uses a kerosene lamp to study at night and sleeps on a grass bed together with her two sisters.

Thank you Issac for your hard work, and for providing the mosquito net for Evelyn. It will help protect her from malaria!
