gave 10 for a mosquito net |
posted November 19, 2010

Ishiatu lives with her father, mother, a brother, and a sister in a single bedroom mud house. Their home has no running water and no electricity. Ishiatu’s father is a petty trader and the main provider of the home with monthly income of $80, which is not enough to cover the basic family needs including malaria prevention. Her mother is a housewife, and is not skilled to have a job.
Ishiatu enjoys playing balance ball, a children’s game which is popular in Sierra Leone.
Thank you for providing a malaria net for Ishiatu!
