Protecting the future of a journalist

Rosaline is ten years old. She lives with her father, stepmother, three brothers, and four sisters in a three bedroom apartment. At home, Rosaline has no running water and no electricity.

Rosaline’s father is unemployed. Her mom passed away years ago. Her stepmother is a petty trader and the main provider of the home with monthly income of $60, but this is not enough to cover the basic family needs.
