Nutrition for a Girl with an Active Lifestyle
Ngozi has a Nigerian father and a Sierra Leonean mother. Her mother is a nurse and is the main provider of the home and they live in a two bedroom apartment with no running water and electricity. Her Mom earns a monthly income of $80, which is not enough to cover the basic family needs and food. Thank you Patricia, Mark and David for your support of vitamin supplements!
Ngozi is very active in the church she attends. She enjoys playing soccer, reading, and playing with babies in her neighborhood. She wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
