Ibrahim lives with his father, mother, and four sisters in a two bedroom house with no running water but with electricity. His father is a driver and is the main provider for the home. With a monthly income of $60, he cannot cover the basic family needs, including malaria prevention. Thank you Josefina, this net will prevent Ibrahim from malaria infections.
Ibrahim’s mother works as a manucurist and assists her husband in taking care of the family needs. Ibrahim’s parents leave home very early and return very late to make ends meet. Everyday Ibrahim walks four miles to and from school except when money is available for transportation. At school Ibrahim enjoys physical health education and Mathematics. He wants to be a banker when he grows up.
