Better Health for Bintu Who Lives Far From Her Parents
Bintu lives in her aunt’s home together with several children and relatives of her aunt’s husband. They live in a three bedroom house with no running water but with electricity. At home Bintu does her best to help around the house. She often takes care of her cousin’s baby, and she also goes to the market two miles away from home to sell water.
Bintu’s parents could not support her, so Bintu lives in Freetown, 292 miles from her father, mother, brothers, and sisters. Bintu wants to be a banker when she grows up. Sponsorship for Bintu Lansana will help change her life for the better.
