Seray lives with her father and mother, brothers, and two sisters in a two bedroom house with no electricity and no running water in the Wellington Community. She attends the United Methodist Primary School in the area.
The father is a driver and the main provider of the home with monthly income of $60, not enough to cover the family expenses. Seray does light errands for people in the neighborhood to raise money for her lunch to go to school every day. The mother is an unskilled house wife unable to have a job to supplement her husbands monthly income.
Seray wants to be a nurse when she grows up. Thank you, Colleen, for the generous gift that will help keep Seray healthy.
