gave 15 for a three month supply of vitamin supplements |
posted October 24, 2010

Saffie is attending the UMC Primary School in the Wellington Community. She is the only child to a carpenter father who earns $60 a month and a housewife mother who lacks the capital to start a business as she would like.
Saffie walks half a mile everyday to and from school, uses a kerosene lamp at night to study, and sleeps on a mat spread on the bare floor. Saffie takes all of these difficult-appearing things in stride because she is striving toward becoming a businesswoman when she grows up. Because of the meager family income, the family meals have not been nutritionally balanced. They are grateful for the nutritional vitamin supplements.
Thanks Colleen for providing these supplements that are complementing Saffie’s diet and giving her the nutrition her growing body needs.
